The challenge
A heritage brand does not need introducing, but a new showroom does. The job was to tell people living close by that a new store had opened near them, and give them a reason to walk in during the launch window.
The battle plan
- 1
Shoot the store, not a stock video
We shot a video inside the new showroom so viewers could see exactly where they would be shopping, then cut it for YouTube.
- 2
Hyper-local YouTube targeting
The YouTube campaign targeted a specific age group and gender within a 5–10 km radius of the store, with device targeting to keep spend tight.
- 3
Amplify on social
The brand’s central team boosted the launch on their own social media handles, so the same message hit people on more than one screen.
What happened
- 49.8K impressions in just 2 weeks
- 7.2% click-through rate on YouTube
- 12.8% lift in brand recall
- 57.9% increase in store footfall and enquiries
- A noticeable jump in calls and store visits within the first week
if we ran it today…
We would add AI presenters showing off individual collections in short vertical videos for YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels, and use Google Business Profile posts so the new showroom shows up for "jewellery shop near me" searches from day one.
